United Elite Maintenance Service LLC works from Long Island City, handling maintenance and preservation work for individual property owners and for organizations responsible for many addresses.
Property upkeep is rarely about one dramatic repair. It is the accumulated list of small things — a leaking valve, a scuffed hallway, a unit that needs to be turned over before the next tenant, a vacant building that has to stay secured and presentable. United Elite exists to take that list off your hands and handle it the same way each time.
We work on occupied homes and commercial space, and we work on vacant, foreclosure and REO properties. The two tracks call for different routines: occupied work has to fit around the people living and working in the building, while vacant work is about protection — securing the property, clearing what should not be there, preparing for the season, and documenting condition.
Our office is at 23-09 37th Ave in Long Island City, which keeps us close to the boroughs we serve. From there we coordinate the trades and recurring visits that keep a property in order.
